Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I am about to file for divorce from my wife. Sh'e from another country and has a Green Card but is not a citzen of the United States yet, nor has filed for citizenship. We have a child together and my question is, will she be required to move back to her country and if so, will our child be able to stay in the U.S. since he was born here?

These are questions that you need to ask your lawyer as they depend on the details of your case.

Your post sounds like you are about to make what will be the worst mistake of your life and file without a lawyer. No one should do any divorce case without a lawyer, especially with a child, and your case, because of the international twist, is exceptionally complex.

Get a good lawyer immediately anhd do NOT file without one.
