Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Need to file to give up rights !!!.

What kind of attorney will i need

to file papper work to give up

parental rights ? What happens

after it is done and that person

is no longer the parent of that child ?

And wear can i find attorney

to have for this type of case ?

You can give up your parental rights, but that does not mean that you will no longer have responsibility to support the child. It just means that you no longer have the right to see the child. Good Luck, Pat McCrary
