Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I filed my complaint for divorce and my soon to be ex was served on may 28th. He has not filed an answer to complaint and I need to file a petition for either judgement entry or a court date tomorrow. But I do not want him to be notified of the court date. What form do I need to file with Cherokee county court? Is it the rule Nisi or another form? I just want to make sure he doesn't have to be informed of the court date.

You must give him notice of any hearings. Since you are unaware of even the simplest procedural steps and are in a county very unfriendly to pro se litigants you should immediately get a lawyer.

We don't have secret hearings, and parties don't intentionally try to keep another party from notice of a hearing (or anything else) unless they want big, big problems in their case. You are going down a road of problems.
