Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Filed for Divorce

I had filed for a divorce and during the process, I decided to give my spouse another chance. We had sex a few times and my attorney advised me recently that sex was a mistake becuse I never stopped the divorce proceeding. I may loose my original retainer and I can't afford to give the attorney another one anytime soon. What, if any, are my options now?

Sexual relations during a divorce terminates the divorce. You have to start over.
