Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I filed for divorce and we and we both signed the papers, I took the parenting class and she refuses to take the class. What action can be taken?

If custody is based at least in part on both parents taking the parenting class and you are not happy with the custody situation, you can go back to the Court and ask that they hold her in contempt for failing to follow the court decree and take away parental privileges to the children until she takes the class. If it's in the order, it's not a choice by the mother. She needs to smarten up quick. Your chances of success are MUCH greater if you consult a lawyer before you make a move.
