While you have a right to file things without a lawyer, your question as posted tells me that you should not. Either retain a lawyer to file for you, or, if cost is an issue for you, at least spend enough to have a lawyer draw up proper papers for you and coach you as to what to do. (By the way, there is no such thing as a legal separation form in Georgia. You can either file a divorce, or a separate maintenance case, which is an alimony/child support action).
