Filing child abandonment

I live in Fayette county Georgia. I would like to file child abandonment charges against my childrens father who has run from state to state to avoid paying child support. Where do I file the charges at, my county or do I have to find his address and file it where he lives. Thank You

Actually, I would need more information to give you a reliable answer. E.g., if your divorce was in Fayette, you can file a contempt of court against him in that county. Also, you should contact your county's District Attorney, who can advise you further about filing criminal charges.
