filing child abandonment

I have custody of my daughter. Her mother hasnt contacted or came to see our daughter in almost five years. I have no clue what state she lives in. How could I file abandondonment?

Abandonment is a criminal case that you use to seek child support. Go to the magistrates court.

I suspect that's not what you meant to ask and no you can't terminate rights because she disappeared.
