filing for contempt of court

How do I go about filing for a contempt of court for child support not being paid? I have an order and want to try to file it myself

Re: filing for contempt of court

You have to file a Petition in the court that granted the decree. Be forewarned: if you do it yourself, you run the risk of blowing it on some technicality that a lawyer would not miss.
