Filing of OSC papers

My husbands minor child (age 13) was removed from his mother's custody w/ stepsister(age 16) & legitmate child of mothers new marrage,due to faimly violance upon the stepsister,by Fl. child and faimly services. Stepsister is currently still in a halfway house. The other childern were returned 5 days later to mother. My husband and I share no joint financial or real property -He has no bank accounts, credit, or real property. What are the chances that a court will grant tempory or perment custody to my husband since I am aginst this action?

The only child your husband has any chance of getting custody of is his own. I would hope that you and your husband are together on this, but if not, the court would look at the household and not the acocunt holders.
