Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Need Final Order!

Husband and I made verbal agreement in court 11/1/06. His atty. was to prepare the order for signature. Since then, my atty has rec'd an order, but NOT what we agreed in court (thank GOD I paid for a court reporter) We have been back and forth for months on this issue and I've accumulated over $4000.00 more in legal fees. We are now taking him back to court on a Motion to Enforce Order. He claims that he no longer agrees to certain things. Claims that I left the house damaged and took some of his collectible toys (casper the friendly ghost, stretch armstrong, lone ranger....etc) I did not cause damage and don't have these items. I am not even sure that he really had these items as there was never an inventory, just his mother's recollection. He was removed from the home on a TPO and wasn't supposed to have keys, but he did. He never picked up the keys after our agreement from my atty. office, but was in the house.

What can I reasonably expect when we go back to court on this? He still owes me $15,000 in home equity. The house was ordered to be sold immediately and still has not been placed on the market.

Thanks for your insight!

Re: Need Final Order!

Since you have an attorney, I would defer to his/her answer to your questions. He/she has infinitely more knowledge of the facts and background than I could ever get in a forum such as this. I would not offer an answer to your questions.
