Financial Interogatory

I was divorced in 199 with a property settlement that my ex husband and I both voluntarily agreed to. He is now taking me to couert for custody. Do I need to reveal financial information since we were divorced?

It depends on whether there will be an award of child support. If child custody is in issue, generally child support will be in issue too in the evnt of a change. Then finacial issues are relevant as well.
