Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I need to find out how to get papers for legitimation. I have been paying chield support for six years and the mother she will not let me see my child. She will not allow me to legitimize her either. Every time I try to talk to her her girlfriend jumps in the way and will not allow her to talk to me. I need some help in what i need to do to fix this problem.
