Forced spousal eviction?

My husband walked out 1 day over 6 months ago and now he and his family members are threatening to kick me out of the house we obtained after we got married. I would like some legal advice regarding my rights in Newton County,GA.

I need some more info, but if this is your marital residence it would be unlikely that they could evict you. To be safe, you should file for a divorce or separate maintenance and get an order giving you temporary possession of the residence.
