Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I was forced temp custody over to my ex mother in law. Now she wont let me see or talk to them. My daughter is 11 and my son is 9. What should I do to get perm custody of my kids? But dont have the money for a lawyer.

There is no such thing as being forced. Either you agreed, which was voluntary, or you had a trial and a judge ordered it.

While you have not given us any facts to tell if you have a claim to custody, custody cases are complex, and if you actually want your children, you will find the money to seek counsel, as filing without counsel has very little chance of success.
