MYboyfirned,Who is stil lMArried But fighting for a a divorce, has a wife who signs his name to his paychecks with out his permission and then cashes them and puts the money into her account. She recently took his federal check tha twas $2600 and signed his name to it put it in the account they had together then took his name off. Nothing says I going to play hardball like having an attorney.

First thew potential criminal complaint has little to do with the divorce grounds. Though it might be leverage.

Assuming they are both in Georgia then a Georgia attorney is the way to go.

You don't say if there are children involved or if there is any sort of property.
