is all forgiven
If I had a affir and my husband takes me back and we try to make it work we have sex, is all forgiven? And he has hade documtation to prove the affir can he use it at a later date in time in court? Or does that mean he forgave me and all was forgiven so all is null and void

In general, he cannot use the affair against you in a divorce proceeding because he ratified your actions, i.e. continued the relationship with knowledge of the affair.

Re: is all forgiven
What you say would remove the affair as a grounds for divorce (although since Georgia also allows no-fault divorces it would not prevent a later divorce filing).
