Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I just found out last week that I possibly have a daughter. Her mother told me when she was pregnant that the baby was not mine so I left it at that. Now she is saying that she is mine. She is saying that she doesnt want me to see her or be in her life because I havent been there for the last four years. What do I do now to try to get a paternity test and be in her life is she is mine?

Hire a lawyer to file a legitimization case.
You need to resolve this as soon as possible. If she is truly playing games, she will wait a little longer and then file for back child support. You should file to legitimize the child, pay child support, and seek visitation. If the child isn't you's a DNA test will disclose it. However, the first step is to legitimize the child.
