Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My friend is getting divorced. Her husband was caught cheating with about 10 different women while she was home with twin children.

Husband left marital home. Family friend, whose children were friends with divorcing couples children, started helping wife out around the house. Husband became jealous.

During temporary order, judge issued a restraining order between mom and friend (at husbands request). Nowhere in the order does it say that the kids can't be friends. Order states that mom is to have absolutely NO contact with friend... No Internet, facebook, tweet, phone, etc... No contact between mom and friend whatsoever.

I'm just curious if this is legal? Isn't that a violation of her constitutional right to be able to move freely and communicate with the world? I 'might' could understand if the order stated that 'friend' couldn't be around children, but the order states that mom is to have no contact whatsoever with the friend.

As I am sure her lawyer told her (she does have one I hope as she needs one), such an order would not be unusual. Her lawyer certainly discussed it with her, didn't he?

It would be impossible to answer this without seeing the order. There had to be some reason the judge ordered this. Your friend needs to retain an attorney.
