Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

My friend got proceeded with a divorce/separation in Australia, but received her marriage certificate in Georgia (USA). Would it be legal for her to come to Georgia to re-file for divorce? Would there be any disputes between the US and Australian courts over this?

There is no such thing as filing for divorce if she already was divorced. You can't get two divorces from one marriage.
