Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I want to get full custody of my 1year old daughter. Her father hasn't been a part of her life at all. He hasn't helped support her or even come see her since she was 2months. He also moved to another state without telling me till he was there for 2months. He has also told me that he doesn't want anything to do with her and is willing to sign any paperwork to give me all rights. What steps to I have to do?

Were you ever married??

If not, did biological father ever legitimate your daughter?

You need to hire family law attorney in Augusta area ASAP (you can get child support payments (arrearages and going forward)
