Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

GA JUDGE AWARDED PRIMARY PHYSICAL CUSTODY TO FATHER ON 9/9 & ORDERED THAT AN ORDER BE FILED ALONG WITH THE CHILD SUPPORT PAPERWORK & PARNENTING PLAN WITHIN 30 DAYS. MY WIFE'S ATTORNEY HAS NOT RETURNED THIS PAPERWORK THAT MY ATTORNEY PREPARED. SUNDAY IS THE TIME LIMIT FOR THE 30 DAYS. wHAT HAPPENS IF WE DON'T GET THE PAPERWORK BACK IN TIME???
