gardian ad litem

are gardian ad litems allowed to take pictures of a persons home and people without them knowing, and use it against us, and how can we prove that a gardian ad litem was paid off?

Guardians ad litem are generally allowed to do anything that any other member of the public can do, so long as they don't trespass or do anything else illegal. As to the "paid off", consult with a local attorney.
