Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I gave my daughter up for adoption to my parents due to my extreme post partum depression. I deeply regret the decision and I would now like to have at least partial custody of my daughter. Is this possible?

If your parents went through the legal process to adopt your daughter and an order was entered, your parental rights have been terminated. You have no legal rights. Hopefully you are on good terms with your parents and can maintain a relationship with your daughter.
