Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

I gave my perental rights up in 2006 to my ex wife and her husband at the time. she had custody of him and i had visitation rights but she wanted me to let her husband have rights and adopt my child. so i made the mistake and gave up my rights to him. they now are devoriced and have been for 2 years, and he wants to give me back my perantel rights. what do i need to do so that i can send him a consent to adoption. he is willing to give me back every right i had to my child. Also the adoption process was held in missouri in 2006. i live in ga and am in the army. and my child and ex wife live in missouri and her ex husband lives in calafornia

Unless you marry the mother, this cannot be done. He can't give up his rights in this situation.

To adopt the child otherwise, the mother would also have to surrender her rights.
