Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
in Georgia, the county DFCS office is pushing us as foster parents to take on a Guardianship role for our troubles foster chile. I am most concerned about legal liabilities if he were to get into trouble with the law or accidently hurt someone etc, Financial liability/responsibility is also a secondary concern.

Under a guardianship, you should have no worries about liability. Since, in all likelihood, an attorney will be handling the guardianship, ask him/her to verify this.
