Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

In my Georgia divorce decree under the section regarding child support, it requires the Husband to maintain with health insurance for the children, and "Wife shall pay first fifty dollars ($50) of any uncovered health care expense." What is the legal definition for the phrase "uncovered health care expense" ? My interpretation is that it means any health care expense that insurance doesn't cover. Said another way, if the insurance company doesn't pay, it is considered an "uncovered health care expense" - such as co-pays, expenses related to uncovered proceedures, expenses in the event the insurance company only pays a portion of any particular expense. Is my interpretation correct?

Who drafted such vague language?

There's no way to be sure what that means. Call your lawyer. If that's all that it says, with nothing else, he may need to fix things for you.
