Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I have a Georgia employee who had his fifteen year old daughter staying with him and she has now told her Tennesee dwelling mother that she wants to stay with her father in Georgia.He is having a hard time figuring out how to get his daughter enrolled in a Coweta County GA high school. He is the non custodial parent so how sholud he proceed in enrolling her.

If he is the non-custodial parent he cannot do so without a court order.
If both parents agree on custody, support, visitation and other issues he can file in Georgia, with the help of a lawyer. If the parties disagree, he needs a lawyer in Tennessee.
