Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Is there a Georgia law comparable to the AL law concerning the payment of childsupport? Can a judge legally relieve a man who has made the conscious choice of not visiting with his children of all his child support? Can you provide me with the law number?

Georgia has no such law.
