Georgia 1967 Marriage

Is a marriage between a 20 yr old man and an 19 yr old woman legal is neither signed the marriage license application (her mother signed for both parties). Both parties did sign the certificate with the minister. This was in 1967.

A court would find that the two parties are validly married.
