in georgia if 2 parties contribute and put down payment on a home and purchas it in her name because we were not married ....and have shared responsbilties in home for 10 years can she now make it seem like I am a border and make it seem that I am behind on bills and ask the court to have me evicted

Yes. If you were foolish enough to pay money towards a home, not get married and not have your name of the deed, you made very sure you'd have no way to get a share of the home.
