Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

In georgia my wife fired her first attorney and her second attorney never filed a substution of counsel with the clerk. The decree is not final yet but we signed it. Is that a way out of it.

Of course not. I'm gathering you messed up and didn't have a lawyer (bad and now unfixable mistake - buyer's remorse is common and doesn't legally matter for pro se cases). While an attorney could be sanctioned by a court for missing that step, if she fired the first lawyer it probably wasn't even necessary although most lawyers would do one anyway.
