My 9 year old daughter brought something to my attention after visiting her father this past weekend which has me very alarmed. Her father is known for being immature & making poor decisions, but this one I feel crosses the line. My daughter told me Saturday at noon that her dad & stepmom were still sleeping and she was hanging out alone with a man named Roy. She said Roy was Jackie's boyfriend and that he was staying with her dad with Jackie was in jail. She said Jackie was in jail for something she didnt do and had been there for awhile. The next day she told me that Jackie got out and she was bored because they were all hanging out outside and told her to stay inside. I have a strong feeling drugs are involved due to my ex-husbands history. What can I do to keep my daughter safe?

Nothing in your post gives any evidence of anything wrong. However if you do get evidence, see a lawyer as to your civil remedies.
It must not have been too alarming, or an issue of your child's well being, because you are looking for answers on an internet forum and not treating this like an important, urgent issue. If a child's safety is at risk, they immediately pick up the phone and call their lawyer for immediate action.
