If my girlfriend is almost fifteen and gets beat by her father and has been beaten by her mother a few times before and gets treated badly can she move in with me?

These issues are not resolved by a fourteen year old child moving in with a "boyfriend." Not only could it make the situation worse, depending on a few other facts, you could be in trouble.

You haven't given enough details but you possibly land in jail and she probably lands in juvenile detention under your plan.
