my ex girlfriend tricked me into concieving a baby by stoping her birth control and lying about it is there anything i can do

Yes, you can take personal responsibility. You were NOT tricked. You chose to have sex (I assume you were not raped). You chose to do it without the only two foolproof ways of avoiding making a baby: getting a vasectomy or keeping your pants on.

Grow up. You will pay support every month for the next 18 years (or go to jail). Unless you are truly a sorry human being, you will cherish the life you created, become a model parent and help the defenseless child that exists solely because you wanted to have sex.

You will also help pay the expenses of pregnancy.

If you plan to continue having sex and do not want more children, see a doctor who can fix you where you can't have babies. (And by the way, please learn about condoms. You risked catching AIDS or other STDs with your recent conduct).
