Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Glen this is Jim Wright I was in your class at DHHS in 1974. My daughter and her husband live with his parents and are having problems. He has threatened to throw her thing out in the yard and to get out. They have 2 children in school. His parents do not want her gone. What rights does she have and can he be arrested if he throws her clothes out in the yard? Thanks Glen 4784615561 or [email protected] .

Hi.

If he starts doing that he probably is guilty of a crime (likely criminal damage to property and disorderly conduct). I'd say call 911 while it is happening, and, additionally, she ay want to see a divorce lawyer.
