Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Good Morning?

A couple have been married for over 15 years and ends up in a divorce dispute over the daughter he

has raised since she was 4 yrs old. He is not the biological father and there was no adoption,but

he nurtured and cared for her as his very own. She is now 17 yrs old. My question is would that make him responsible for her?
