Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

do grandparents have rights

Hi, this question is for a friend of mine. They have recently adopted there grandson. The adoption was final 2 weeks ago.there daughter decided she was not ready to be a mother, She is 20 years old, but has had some recent problems with drugs. She wants no further contact with the child.the babys father never signed any papers. he didnt want the baby to have his last name, so he didnt have to sign anything for the adoption to take place.now his parents are demanding to see the baby.I told her that She should not let them see the baby right now, they are from Purtorico and are planing a trip back, She is afraid they will try to take the baby. They say that there son is going to have dna test and sue for custody. Can the case be reopened.I mean he already stood before a judge and denied he was the father. please respond to my question.

This is too complicated to answer in this type of forum because many questions need to be answered. Consult with a local attorney.
