Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
grandparents rights
I would like to know if grandparents rights are for real or just wishful thinking? For the state of Georgia if this helps.

Re: grandparents rights
In Georgia, Grandparents have the right to go to the court to seek a determination that they may spend time with their grandchildren where they are being denied the ability to do so.
