how to file thru the system to get grandparents visaition rights?.im told i need a lawyer but i can do iy if i know how.

Obtaining visitation rights is not like registering to vote. There is no absolute right to visitation for grandparents. Therefore, it is unlikely that any attorney will advise you to file such an action yourself.
