I haven't seen what the order says, but no, you shouldn't have to get another order; an order is an order. However, if you have violated the order yourself there could be problems for you. For example, many orders have provisions that state that the party who moves has to give the other 60 days notice. This is for legal reasons; the non-moving party can then file a lawsuit to change the order so that their parenting time won't be affected. Also, there are provisions that state that one party has to let the other party know where they are living at all times; if you moved and didn't tell her you could be in trouble. So, you need to read your order carefully. Part of a custody evaluation is whether the custodial parent is allowing the non-custodial parent parenting time. If you're keeping the children away from her that will enhance her legal case if she tries to get the kids back.
