Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia
I was granted residential custody of my daughter in 2009. I went to court again and they said I am not obligated to pay support and modified the order. However, these arrears are not truly my debt because my daughter has been residing with me. How do I fill out the motion to vacate the arrears?

You don't. Arrears never go away. You owe for the period the child lived with you until the date you got an order to modify support. You made a huge mistake in not seeking that order in 2009. Pay the arrears plus interest as you risk jail, tax intercepts and loss of your license. There is no way to fix this. I am guessing you made the costly mistake of not using a lawyer in 2009.
