Your ex-husband (and you) is required to adhere to the terms of the order in place. Of course, you may vary the terms if all parties agree from time to time, but as far as the court is concerned, those terms apply. However, your ex-husband does have the right to move to modify the current order. Ordinarily, the court will consider granting the motion if circumstances have changed since the current order was executed. If you would like to discuss any issues further, please feel free to call or e-mail my office. Thank you.
