grounds for divorce

i have been married 10.5 yrs. been housewife/mother of 2 9.5 yrs. my husband had affair nov/dec 2005. i took him back, but i think he is having affair again w/ same girl. what r my options? alimony? child support? grounds? do i need to start keeping a journal of things that happen? keep list of phone numbers i do not know? i am afaid he will use against me drug use. he & i both use/used drugs.
