Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Guardianship

I have been appointed legal guardian for my 90 year old mom. The court appointed a local attorney to be the conservator. My mother has assets to cover her care however other family members control them . The conservator has failed to obtain any of these assests.

My Question, As legal Guardian what can I do through the courts to get access to my mothers' asset for her 24 care , since the Conservator is either too busy or unwilling to do so.

What legal remedies are available to me as Court appointed Guardian when the Court appointed Conservator is not doing her job?

Re: Guardianship

Consult with a local attorney. If the conservator is not doing his job, the court who appointed him can remove him.
