i need guardianship of myself(29) and my son(5)

i am 29 and i have a 5 year old. i have seisures and some other medical. I am needing my friends that we live with to take care of us.i black out, loose my thinking and don't want to loose him due to my health. they are willing to take care of us both. we live here now, but can't afford the paperwork.
