Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Is it harassment that my ex husband is always emailing me asking me repeatedly for the same information I already provided him with. I am ordered by the Florida courts to give my ex husband information concerning the children. I have no problem with that, for I would want the same if he had custody of the kids, but how many times do I need to keep giving him the same information because he looses it. I try to limit my contact with him because in my marriage he was mentally and physically abusive to me and actually did jail time. It seems to me as if he uses this "court order" as his way to have constant contact with me. I'm so sick of this and then he had his attorney send me a letter telling me I needed to provide his client with the information he asked me for. The information he wants is our children's social security numbers. "He supposedly lost them'. So instead of going to his local tax office where we filled taxes together in previous years he wants to bother me again for these numbers. What do I need to do. It not just this one thing he constantly bothers me for the same information over and over again, but this is the most current. I now live in Georgia and he is in Florida. I am very fearful of him for my safety and I never meet him alone for exchanging of the kids and I just really get nervous that I have to have any extra contact with him because he calls me for things repeatedly or emails me.

You have two choices. You can make a mountain out of a molehill, spend thousands on lawyers and trty to bother a judge with a petty problem, or you can simply take a few seconds and answer the emails.

Your safety is a real and serious concern. Ciomplaining about a repetitive request for easy to provide information is NOT a serious concern.
