Harrasment

In the chid support papers, there is a no-harrasment statement. a couple of years ago I became unemployed and got behind on the child support. I have been paying extra every month to catch up. My ex has been calling me An extensive number of times every day when the current months payment is not there when she expects it. It was gotten to the point that one day she called 15 times in 10 minutes. She lives in Valdosta, GA while I live in Davenport IA. All I have is a cell phone so every time she calls, I get charged. What can I do?
