someone has placed an add on craigs list in a sexual manner. i beleave it's my ex girl ffriend in which we are currently involved in a family violance case. how can i find out who posted the add?

If you have a VALID reason (and mere curiosity/jealousy/nosiness is not a valid reason) in a pending case, a lawyer will guide you through the complicated (and likely expensive) process of getting a subpoena. If your purpose is to simply interfere with an ex, you may find your efforts can backfire and you are explaining your own actions.
