Legal Question in Family Law in Georgia

Harrassment?

My neighbor was asked by my exwife to ''spy'' on my home. Her son (13) does this also, and he has been physically violent to my children. I have asked my children to no longer play with this child, and the neighbor (that childs mother) frequently tries to speak to my children when they are outside. I've told her to not address my children in any way. What can I do to stop this? What can I do to keep her and her family away from me and mine, and out of our business? My exwife has zero custody, lost all visitation, I have sole legal/physical custody and have for years. We have sent my exwife certified letters to stop the harrassment as advised by my local police department.
